Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Conditions for Returns and Replacements
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
- The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note:
- Slight variations in color tone, shape, or size may occur between handmade products and are not regarded as defects, making them ineligible for return or replacement.
- We reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit, treating each return or exchange request as an individual case.
- We are unable to offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package.
2. Requesting a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, please email us at hello@artisanmanor.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for the return, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
We will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery.
3. Reverse Pick-up Process
- We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request.
- In case of replacement, your new product will reach you in the time communicated via email/call from the date of receipt of the product at our end.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be made to the original payment mode within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the product at our end.
- If we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product, we will notify you and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- A credit of the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product is picked up from the provided address.
5. Warranty Coverage
The warranty for Artisan Manor furniture, lighting, and decor does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Accidental damage
- Issues caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Products used in commercial settings
- Damage from improper installation
- Specific components like light bulbs or batteries

6. Out of Warranty and Damaged Products
If your Artisan Manor product is out of warranty and damaged:
- You'll be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Contact the customer service for repair options or parts.
- You may seek help from local furniture repair shops.
- Ensure any repair services used are qualified to handle your specific product.
7. Exchange for Genuine Defects
If there is a genuine product defect, you can exchange it for a product of equal value.
