Many of our pieces are made to order (MTO) by skilled artisans in Jodhpur. MTO items typically require approximately 30 days for crafting before shipping. This ensures each piece is created with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail just for you.
Delivery Timelines
Ready to Ship Items
Products marked "Ready to Ship" or "Only Few Left" are delivered within 7-10 days after order confirmation, depending on your location.
Made to Order (MTO) Items
Custom and made-to-order pieces take approximately 30 days for production, followed by shipping. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Post-Production Shipping
Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes 10-15 days. In some cases, it may extend slightly based on your location.

Yes, you can update your shipping address before the order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible to make changes.
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery again. They may also leave a note explaining how to reschedule or collect your package. For any issues, feel free to contact our customer care.
Yes! Assembly is available free of charge across most of India. Not all products require assembly – many are simple DIY items. Our assembly team will visit within 7 days after delivery if needed. Contact customer care for confirmation of availability in your area.
If your order includes items with different shipping timelines (e.g., ready-to-ship and MTO items), we will either ship everything together once all items are ready, or send items separately after confirming your preference. We'll reach out to discuss the best option for you.
Your shipment may be returned to origin if:
- Delivery attempts were unsuccessful
- The address was incomplete or incorrect
- You were unreachable on the contact number provided
- Delivery was refused
If the product returns to our Jodhpur warehouse, two-way delivery and handling charges will apply for re-shipping. Please contact customer service for assistance.
