Important: Made to Order Items
Please note that made-to-order (MTO) items are crafted specifically for you over approximately 30 days. Due to their custom nature, MTO orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit. To claim transit damage, an uncut unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Our Policy: We prioritize exchange or replacement as the first resolution. Refunds are only processed when the damaged, defective, or wrong product cannot be exchanged or replaced with a new one.
Important: Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. For transit damage claims, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
How It Works
1. Contact Us
Email hello@artisanmanor.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and reason for return. For transit damage claims, include an uncut unboxing video.
2. Review & Approval
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for exchange or replacement. Refunds are only issued if exchange/replacement is not possible.
3. Pickup Arranged
We'll arrange a reverse pickup. Keep the original packaging intact for safe return transit.
4. Resolution
We'll send your replacement or exchange. Refunds (7-10 business days) are only processed if replacement is unavailable.
Warranty Coverage
All Artisan Manor products include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We take pride in the quality of our furniture, lighting, and decor.
What's Covered:
- Broken or unstable joints (wobbly legs, loose parts)
- Misaligned doors, drawers, or shelves
- Cracks in wood or metal not caused by impact
- Warping or uneven surfaces not caused by moisture
- Defects in stitching or upholstery
- Peeling or chipping finishes
- Malfunctioning hardware (hinges, sliders)
- Faults due to incorrect manufacturer assembly
- Missing components (screws, structural parts)
- Structural failure under normal use within weight limits
What's Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or incorrect handling
- Unauthorized alterations
- Accidental damage
- Exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Use in commercial settings
- Damage from incorrect installation by the customer
- Consumables (bulbs, batteries)
- Cracks in marble surfaces appearing after extended use
Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for made-to-order items that have entered production. For cancellation requests, please email hello@artisanmanor.com as soon as possible. Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch.
Made-to-order items are custom-crafted specifically for your order over approximately 30 days. Once production has begun, cancellation is typically not possible as materials have been sourced and work has commenced. Please carefully review your order before confirming.
If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, please inspect the item inside and keep all packaging materials. Share photos of the damage along with your order details with our customer care team. To claim transit damage, an uncut unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery. You will be eligible for an exchange or replacement. Refunds or partial discounts are only offered when replacement is not possible.
Refunds are only processed when an exchange or replacement is not possible. In such cases, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product pickup has been completed. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Our policy prioritizes exchange or replacement as the first resolution. If your product has a valid manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same item or exchange it for another product of equal value. Refunds are only issued when replacement or exchange is not possible.
We do not currently offer repair services. Please refer to our return, replacement, and warranty policies for support. If your product is out of warranty, repair costs will be your responsibility, and we recommend consulting a qualified local repair service.
If your product is outside the warranty period, repair or replacement costs will be your responsibility. You may contact our customer care team for guidance, or consult a qualified local repair service in your area.
